    Day 1: ARRIVAL TRANSFERS/ NEGOMBO

    Meet on arrival at the Bandaranayke International Airport by Smart Lanka Visitors Representative & transfer for Negombo – Check in at Hotel.
    The major beach resort on the coast north of Colombo is Negombo, Popularly known as the Fishing Village. Here is an old world atmosphere of 17th century churches that line the highway and forts. The feast of St. Anne is celebrated here in late July in a carnival atmosphere. Like many other coastal towns in Sri Lanka, Negombo was an important spice port long before the Portuguese set foot on the island. The Negombo Lagoon is a good place to watch the Karava fisherman at work. These fishermen bring their daily catch of fish, crabs and prawns to the fish market. During the day they are seen mending their nets on the beach.
    Evening proceed to visit the Sri Muthumariamman Temple. It is one of the famous Mariamman temples in Negombo built in a facet clicking back to the syles of Dravidian architecture. The temple still remains in an old fashioned pose. The engravings of the granite architecture in the temple is what that holds a reputation to the Negombo Tamils there as one of the most powerful temples where pujas and offering made, provide benefits to the public.

    Day 2: COLOMBO/ NEGOMBO

    After breakfast at hotel transfer clients to Colombo.
    Drive through the Commercial area of the “Fort” so named, because both the Portuguese and Dutch had a Fort at this point. Drive passed “Pettah” – a noisy Oriental bazaar with a hotchpotch of Humanity, ancient vehicles, bargains, mosques & temples. Visit Hindu temple & drive pass Jumi-UL Alfar Jumma Mosque, Continue the tour through the Wolvendaal Dutch Church, Hultsdorf Law courts, to the residential area of Cinnamon Gardens and on to the Independence Square and Bandaranayke Memorial International Conference Hall. And also visit Gangarama Temple.
    Thereafter clients visit the Sri Kailawasanathan Swami Devasthanam Kovil or simply the “Hindu Temple”. This is the oldest and largest Hindu temple in Colombo and is dedicated to the Gods Shiva and Ganesh. A visit is a must and is Sri Kailawasanathan Swami Devasthanam Kovil included in most Colombo tours. Its monumental towers, very elaborated, with hundreds of colorful ornaments will delight your eyes and memories.

    Day 3: NUWARA ELIAYA

    After breakfast at hotel transfer clients to Nuwara Eliya. Ramboda Falls is 109 m (358 ft) high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. It is situated in Pussellawa area, on the A5 highway at Ramboda Pass. It formed by Panna Oya which is a tributary of Kothmale Oya. Altitude of the falls is 945 m (3,100 ft) above sea level.

    Thereafter clients visit the royal botanical garden. This botanical garden was first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was expanded by the British. It is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers.

    Seetha Amman Temple is located approximately 1 kilometer from Hakgala Botanical Garden and 5 kilometres from Nuwara Eliya. The temple is located in the village of Seetha Eliya This place is believed to be the site where Sita was held captive by king Ravana, and where she prayed daily for Rama to come and rescue her in the Hindu epic, Ramayana On the rock face across the stream are circular depressions said to be the footprints of Rawana’s elephant.

    Day 4: NUWARA ELIYA / COLOMBO

    After breakfast at hotel leave for the airport to connect with the departure flight.
